About Redbridge Consulting

Our story and a chance to meet the team

Tim Bilton

After a long period of working overseas in corporate and consulting roles I finally returned to the UK in 2012. I rather rashly assumed I would be able to get my ‘dream job’ as I had bucket loads of international experience and had worked at a senior level with some fabulous clients.

However, reality bit and I found that my lack of UK experience counted against me!

Having never enjoyed playing games that I consistently lose, I decided to stop trying to get a corporate role, started Redbridge Consulting and became my own boss. I knew that I could apply my experience and add value in a variety of ways.

Fortunately, I was able to offer help to a client with their Talent and Succession Management strategy, and demonstrated value add beyond their expectations.

Redbridge has grown into a healthy and thriving consultancy, focussed on leadership assessment, executive and team coaching, coach training and coaching supervision.

Our company ethos is to:

Develop Perspective – we challenge our clients to view multiple perspectives and create their own options for moving forward, providing a stretch to existing thinking

Provide Insight – we are straightforward and help our clients to gain deeper insight into their challenges by improving the quality and depth of thinking as well as data

Enable Growth – for the individual, the team and the organisation

Meet the Team

We bring you genuinely fantastic coaches, each with a unique and valuable perspective drawn from the business interests they have separate from Redbridge and a depth of experience in the coaching they deliver.
